Description

The Computerized Brinell Hardness Tester is a precision hardness measuring system designed to determine the Brinell hardness (HBW) of metallic materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous alloys, and soft metals. The system applies a controlled test force using a hardened steel or tungsten carbide ball indenter and automatically measures the indentation diameter using a high-resolution digital optical system. Integrated software calculates hardness values accurately, ensuring repeatability, data storage, and report generation with minimal operator intervention.
